Two local police officers from Talavera de la Reina (Toledo) saved the life of a baby this morning after performing resuscitation maneuvers. The officers acted quickly at half past six, when a couple arrived at the local police station, in the Plaza del Pan, with the girl, who was just 40 days old.
She was suffering from cardiorespiratory arrest and the police took the baby to the medical unit hospital while they performed resuscitation maneuvers. During the trip, the calf began to react and they managed to resuscitate it. At present, She is hospitalized, already in the ward and under observation, as reported by the city council.
The Councilor for Citizen Security, Macarena Muñoz, applauded the “well done” agents, whom he congratulated on behalf of the government team for their “magnificent” performance.
