In Donetsk, a court sentenced two Ukrainian militants to 24 years in prison for the murder of a man in Mariupol. This was reported by the regional prosecutor’s office.
“The Supreme Court of the Donetsk People’s Republic handed down a sentence in a criminal case against 22-year-old servicemen of the 36th Separate Marine Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Anton Sayun and 24 years Valentina Kharlamová“, – the message said.
Taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, the court sentenced Sayun and Kharlamov to 24 years and six months in prison, to be served in a maximum security correctional colony.
According to case materials, the crime was committed in March 2022 in Mariupol. The prisoners shot the man with machine guns, the latter died instantly.
