a man and a woman were arrested by the Avila National Police as alleged perpetrators of a flight with force in one of the capital’s bars. Added to this is the damage they caused to a commercial establishment.
The events occurred in the early hours of November 5. According to the Government Subdelegation, the National Police received a call from an alarm center warning them of the presence of two people who were knocking on one of the windows of a store.
Apparently, the blows were carried out with a blunt object and without success at the entrance to the establishment, causing damage.
When they tried to escape They were surprised by passers-by who were nearby.
Several patrols from the Provincial Citizen Security Brigade went to the scene. There they were informed of what had happened and collected information and, at the same time, received another notice from a similar procedure which took place in a downtown bar.
Once they arrived at the aforementioned bar, two young men showed the officers a blanket of sewer thrown to the ground, the object with which people had broken the window.
After remaining inside the bar for several seconds, they fled in a vehicle. This provided the police with the necessary information for the investigation.
With all these indications and after the relevant checks, a request for entry and search was requested at the home of the alleged perpetrators of the theft.
In this register, they recovered eight tenths of the lotteryin addition to a bottle of drink that was inside the bar, proceeding to arrest the perpetrators.
Once transferred to the police stations, and after having given a statement, they were made available to the judicial authority.
