The cause of the incident was the strong smell of manure coming from the Mammadov brothers’ yard.

On September 4, at around 11 p.m., in Shamakhi, police received information that Lachin Mammadov, born in 1966, and Alisafa Mammadov, born in 1975, had been cut and pierced.
From the Sheki regional group of the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA). Oku.AzPolice officers reportedly detained Farhad Ahmadov, 49, on suspicion of committing a crime.
The incident occurred on the basis of personal relationships.
