A fire at one of the stations in the city of Poznan, in western Poland, spread to two trains, one cargo and one passenger.
Oku.Az reports that the PAP agency reported this in reference to the police.
It is noted that about 1000 people were evacuated, there is no information about losses.
According to information, the fire started in a truck that had electrical equipment inside. It then moved to a nearby train and damaged the communications network. Most of the evacuated passengers were fans of the Warsaw Legia football club. They were going to the match of the team “Lex” from Poznań.
The agency reports that more than 20 fire departments are working at the scene, they managed to put out the fire, but plumes of smoke can still be seen from afar. The causes of the fire are being investigated.
