Two people who were injured as a result of shelling of Velikaya Lepetikha in the Kherson region by the Armed Forces of Ukraine are in serious condition, the Minister of Health of the region, Artysh Sat, announced this.
Patients with injuries from mine explosions were first taken to the central district hospital in Velikolepetikh.
“The condition of two victims is serious. Based on the results of the examination, it was decided to send them for further treatment to the hospital in Nizhnekamsk. At the moment, surgeons are operating on one of the patients.” – he told reporters.
According to the minister, the third victim is being treated on an outpatient basis and does not require hospitalisation.
Previously, the press secretary of the regional governor Vladimir Vasilenko reported three injuries during the shelling of Velikaya Lepetikha.
“Three people were injured: a man born in 1991 and women born in 1970 and 1980,” – the message said.
