A criminal case has been initiated in Bilasuvar district into the death of a minor.
Oku.Az informs that this was reported by the Press Service of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
It was reported that an investigation was carried out on September 7 at the district prosecutor’s office into the death of Nazrin Emin Gizi Gubadli, a resident of Bilasuvar district, born in 2022, during the manipulation of her bones by a medical practitioner popular.
According to investigations, strong suspicions were established that N. Gubadli died of neglect due to painful shock caused by pressure applied to the surface of the body.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated at the Bilasuvar District Prosecutor’s Office under article 124.1 of the Criminal Code (murder) and a preliminary investigation is underway.
