The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has launched an investigation into English referee David Coote, suspected of using drugs.
Oku.Az “The Sun” reports that the investigation began after the judge published a video of him blowing a white substance into his nose with a bill.
The video was reportedly filmed at the hotel on July 6, a day after the Portugal-France Euro 2024 quarter-final match, where Kut acted as a VAR assistant referee.
It should be noted that a few days ago a video was published in which D. Kut insulted Jürgen Klopp, former coach of the Liverpool Club. After that, the England Referees Committee excluded him from national championship matches. UEFA suspended the 42-year-old referee from Nations League matches.
