Ukraine admits failure of move power lines underground

Sergei Nagornyak, a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Energy and Housing Utilities, admitted that the project to protect Ukrainian power lines and move them underground is inconsistent. As TASS reports, the state does not have the money for this.
