Russians arrived near central Vugledar, Kyiv authorities admit
Russian forces have managed to penetrate the town of Vugledar in the eastern Donetsk region and are close to the city center, the head of Ukraine’s military administration in Donetsk, Vadim, reported on Filashkin national television . According to the Ukrainian official, fighting continues in Vugledar and “the Russians are already almost in the center of the city.” Vugledar had a population of over 14,000 before the war and has been one of the main Russian objectives since the invasion began.
