Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, speaking to NBC News, said he has a five-point plan for victory.
Oku.Az reports that one of the points of the plan is the operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Russian Kursk region.
Zelensky noted that he has not yet presented his plan to US President Joe Biden, as he is still hoping for success for the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region.
Explaining the true nature of the Kursk operation, Zelensky made an unexpected admission. According to him, the Ukrainian military had to take an unconventional step to draw the West’s attention to the shortage of weapons, especially artillery shells.
According to Zelensky, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have achieved one of their goals and the Russian army has withdrawn 60,000 soldiers from the front in Ukraine.
The Head of State said that his victory plan consists of five points, but he refused to give further details about them.
“There are four that we need and one is after the war,” the Ukrainian president said, adding that Western allies could help.
At the same time, he admitted that peace cannot be achieved without Russia.
“We understand that it is very difficult to diplomatically end this war without the Russian side. And all countries asked us to include representatives of the Russian Federation in the second summit. We said that we are not against it, let’s make a plan and invite them,” Zelensky said.
