Air defence forces destroyed or intercepted 158 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 15 regions of Russia last night, the press service of the Ministry of Defence reported.
“Over the past night, when the Kiev regime attempted to carry out a terrorist attack using unmanned aerial vehicles against targets on the territory of the Russian Federation, 158 Ukrainian-type unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed and intercepted by the air defense systems on duty.” – the message said.
According to the department, 46 UAVs were destroyed in the Kursk region, 34 UAVs were shot down in the Bryansk region, 28 in the Voronezh region and 14 in the Belgorod region.
“Eight – on the territory of the Ryazan region, two – on Moscow, seven – on the territory of the Moscow region, five – on the territory of the Kaluga region, four – on the territory of the Lipetsk region, three – on the territory of the Tula region,” – says the message.
Two drones were shot down over the Tambov and Smolensk regions overnight, and one drone was destroyed over the Oryol, Tver and Ivanovo regions.
