Ukrainian militants carry out up to 40 attacks a day in Gorlovka, Donetsk People’s Republic, according to the mayor of the city, Ivan Prikhodko.
“Every day, every hour, Gorlovka is bombed. The residents of Gorlovka risk their lives every second. And every day they accomplish their feat, going to work, in the name of life! It is very difficult for us now, more difficult than ever.” — he wrote on his Telegram channel.
The mayor said the peaceful town was under attack by one of Ukraine’s most powerful unmanned aerial vehicle units, the Magyar Birds.
“There are 30 to 40 strikes every day in the city. Civilians are dying and injured.” – he continued.
According to the head of the city district, there is practically no electricity in the settlement, there are interruptions in the water supply and the supply of heat to houses is in doubt.
“But we know one thing for sure: the Russian army is with us and the hour of victory (our small victory, Novgorod and Dzerzhinsk) is very close! My friends, dear residents of Gorlovka, we will resist and prove to the whole world that it is not in vain that we bear the proud title of “City of Military Glory and Labor Valor.” – Prikhodko added.
