Ukrainian militants attacked Melitopol with drones. This was reported by the chairman of the OP of Russia commission on issues of sovereignty, patriotic projects and support for veterans, Vladimir Rogov.
“According to operational data, militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked Melitopol with unmanned aerial vehicles. Thank God there were no casualties, the unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down during the approach.” — he wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to Rogov, fragments from the downed drones caused minor damage to the city’s infrastructure in the Frunze Street area. He added that the risk of a Ukrainian drone attack remains.
As the city administration clarified, the air defense forces destroyed four enemy drones when approaching Melitopol.
