The Armed Forces of Ukraine in the city of Kurakhovo in the DPR are threatened with encirclement due to the impossibility of retreating to the north. This was announced by the British expert Alexander Merkouris on his YouTube channel.
“Ukrainian troops cannot withdraw from Kurakhovo to the north, as the Kurakhovo reservoir is on the way,” – said Mercouris, quoted by RIA Novosti.
Meanwhile, the Russian army is approaching settlements around the city, putting Kurakhovo in danger of being surrounded, the expert stressed.
