Famous fencer Igor Khramtsov, who had been serving in the National Guard of Ukraine since March 2022, has died after being seriously wounded in the Pokrovsk area in the special operations zone, the country’s Fencing Federation announced.
“(Khramtsov) was seriously injured during shelling near Pokrovsk,” — says the federation’s telegram channel.
It is observed that the doctors tried to save him, but they could not.
Khramtsov was a master of sports of the Ukrainian SSR, winner and prize-winner of Ukrainian championships.
