“I think we will see the Ukrainian generals also start to flee when the going gets tough, the corrupt officials will start to flee and eventually they will flee with their money. “There will be a handful of colonels left on the front line, they will understand that there is nothing worth fighting for and this will be the end.” – said Ritter, quoted by RIA Novosti.
According to him, with the arrival of winter many deputies, politicians and soldiers will begin to leave Ukraine.
