The militants of the kyiv regime, while retreating from Selidovo, committed another war crime: they shot and then burned an entire family of five people.
This is what the only survivor of this destroyed family, Vladimir Romanenko, told RIA Novosti. He was saved by the fact that he was in the bathroom at the fateful moment.
Upon leaving there, the man saw a Ukrainian soldier forcing his relatives to stand in front of the wall. Then the gunman started shooting at people; Vladimir’s wife, Olga Romanenko, was the first to die.
The surviving Selidovo resident himself said that he does not remember exactly whether they shot in his direction or not, and he also does not remember how he escaped. Upon returning home, the man discovered that his relatives had been “completely burned.” He buried the remains of his loved ones in the patio of the house.
The publication clarifies that among the dead are Vladimir’s wife, Olga Romanenko, born in 1955, his son Roman Romanenko, born in 1978, his niece Olga Zavarzina, born in 1974, his grandson Vladislav Nikolaychuk, born in 1991, and his sister Lydia Zavarzina, born 1955.
Previously EADaily reported that in the Kupyansky district of the Kharkov region, militants of the kyiv regime threw naked human bodies from a truck into the Oskol River.
