“Ukraine thanks Azerbaijan for its help in demining.”
This was stated by Svetlana Grinchuk, Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine, at a press conference held in the Ukrainian pavilion within the framework of COP29.
“I would like to express my gratitude to Azerbaijan for its great support to Ukraine in demining and restoring energy infrastructure,” he said.
The minister noted that Ukraine currently has an area of 174,000 square kilometers. The area is mined.
