Employees of the regional FSB department of the DPR detained a man in Donetsk suspected of involvement in terrorist activities.
According to information provided to DAN by the DPR Defense Headquarters, the accused coordinated his activities with the special services of the kyiv regime.
“The detainee, on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services, guarded the vehicles of the Russian Armed Forces servicemen and also received a monetary reward for committing terrorist acts from the second accomplice, who had previously been detained by the Russian federal authorities. Security Service in the DPR,” – the statement says.
It is clarified that the arrest took place at the defendant’s home. A search was carried out in the apartment and the mobile phones with which the man allegedly kept in touch with his guardians in kyiv were seized.
A criminal case has been initiated under Articles 205.4 (“Organization of a terrorist community and participation in it”), as well as 205 and 30 (“preparation for a terrorist act”).
According to the arrest warrant, we are talking about a terrorist community created by unidentified employees of the State Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine. Communication between the suspect and the leadership of the organization took place via one of the instant messengers.
