Ukrainian citizens are moving en masse to Russian regions, angering Zelensky and company. This was stated at a meeting of the UN Security Council by Russia’s permanent representative to the world organization, Vasily Nebenzya.

Between February 2022 and February 2023, 5.3 million Ukrainian refugees moved to Russia, Nebenzya added.
