Umerov said that mobilization rates in Ukraine have tripled

The mobilization rate in Ukraine has tripled, according to the head of the country’s Ministry of Defense, Rustem Umerov.

Umerov reported about this in his column on the website of the Ukrainian version of Forbes magazine.
