US Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said Israel should not be banned from attacking Iran’s nuclear facilities.

On October 1, Iran subjected Israel to a massive rocket launch for the second time in history, calling it an act of self-defense. The Israeli military says about 180 ballistic missiles were fired, most of which were intercepted. Videos on social networks captured the aftermath of the falling shells in different areas of Israel. The bombing, according to Israeli authorities, caused no casualties among the country’s citizens. Several media outlets reported the death of one person, presumably a Palestinian from the Gaza Strip in the West Bank.
The Iranians claim the missiles hit Israeli military targets; the Israelis consider the damage to be “minimal.”
