US to release final plan for hostage deal

U.S. officials said the United States is in talks with Egypt and Qatar on a final agreement to release the hostages and a ceasefire. The Americans labeled this plan “Take it or leave it,” emphasizing that it is a final proposal with no alternatives.

This was reported by The Washington Post.

The United States intends to present its plan to Israel and Hamas militants in the coming weeks, according to a senior Biden administration official. If both sides do not agree to the proposed terms, it could end negotiations on the deal, which are being mediated by the United States.

President Joe Biden has ordered negotiations to be accelerated after six hostages, including an American citizen, were found dead in a tunnel in the Gaza Strip.

Earlier, Cursor wrote that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rejected the proposal to hold a vote to reverse the decision on the Philadelphia Corridor. He expressed confidence in the correctness of his position and stressed that after the murder of six hostages by Hamas terrorists, any concessions would be perceived as a “reward” for violence.

In addition, Kursor has already reported that Arab media, citing a representative of Hamas terrorists, report that the terrorist group has decisively rejected the proposal, which includes Israeli control of the Philadelphia Corridor and the Netzarim Axis.

The new proposal touches on small but key details that the Americans hope could change the position of Hamas terrorists.
