A resolution of the Generalitat Valenciana, through which new aid is granted from the Young Rental Bonus, which is financed largely by the central government and to a lesser extent by the Consell, has revealed that there is a significant problem of accessibility to housing under a rental regime. income derived from high prices, especially for young people.

The second vice-president and councilor for Social Services, Equality and Housing, Susana Camarero, said this Tuesday that the Council continues to work to “implement measures in housing to promote the emancipation of the youngest, thus fulfilling the commitment made with this group” at the beginning of the legislature. The deputy spokesperson of the PSPV-PSOE of the Valencian Courts and the secretary for the right to housing of the PSPV-PSOE, María José Salvador, denounced that the Consell of Carlos Mazón has once again reduced housing aid, leaving 1,218 Valencians without aid from the Young Rental Bonus.
