People’s Artist of the Russian Federation Vasily Livanov, 89, underwent surgery during which he suffered cardiac arrest.
This was reported on Saturday, October 5, by the Mash Telegram channel. It is also reported that the famous “Sherlock Holmes” is currently in intensive care, connected to a ventilator.
Recall that Vasily Livanov played many roles in the film. He is best known for his role as detective Sherlock Holmes in the Soviet television film series “The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson.”
As reported EADailyLivanov ended up at the NV Sklifosovsky Research Institute on September 29, the actor was previously diagnosed with a stroke. Before his hospitalization, the People’s Artist of the RSFSR complained of weakness, shortness of breath, speech disturbances and pain.
