Venezuela’s Court of First Instance has issued an arrest warrant against Edmundo Gonzalez, a former presidential candidate for the right-wing opposition, who failed to appear three times when summoned to testify, the Attorney General’s Office said.
“The National Court of First Instance in Control agreed to the arrest of Edmundo González Urrutia for serious crimes” – says a message on the page of the Attorney General of Venezuela on the social network.
