The defender of the businessman Víctor de Aldama has just asked the judge of the National Court Santiago Pedraz for the provisional release of his client in the procedure on the oil field.
The defense, led by the prestigious lawyer José Antonio Choclán, hopes that the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office will support the release of Aldama after the businessman begins a line of collaboration with Justice.
Aldama, in prison since October 8, testified at length this morning before the investigating judge in the Koldo case, Ismael Moreno, and is willing to continue to collaborate in judicial investigations, assure judicial sources.
