Inside the city, about 260,000 civilians, including 130,000 children, are trapped in unfortunate conditions after more than 16 months of deprivation of humanitarian assistance.
The report is catastrophic, with more than 1100 serious violations that were established from the beginning of the siege in April 2024.
More than 1000 children were killed or mutilated in their homes, camps or markets. At least 23 were subjected to sexual violence, while others were abducted or recruited by armed groups.
In the messages this week, seven deaths of children are recorded as a result of an attack on the Abu Shuk movement camp. UNICEF calls on direct humanitarian access and protection of civilians.
