JAKARTA – The officers put a bunch of salt on the plane in the southern terminal, Halim Perdanakusum, Jakarta, on Thursday (7/10/2025).

BNPB, along with BMKG and the Air Force of Indonesia, conducted an operation to modify the weather (OMC) on July 7-11, 2025 to anticipate the potential of floods due to heavy rain. Two caravan aircraft were deployed from the Halim air base, a total of 12.4 tons of NaCl and 3.6 tons of CAO.
