Residents of Alpan village in Guba are facing problems with drinking water.
Oku.Az He reports that villagers have shared a complaint about this on social media.
It was observed that more than 3,500 families in the village have been suffering from a lack of drinking water for the past five years.

“The water supply in Alpan village in Guba region is provided by the district municipality. There is no drinking water network belonging to the Regional Water Reclamation Service.
According to the order of the State Agency for Water Resources, the relevant project documents have been prepared in order to establish a supply system in areas where there is no drinking water network. The implementation of the projects is carried out taking into account the availability of the drinking water supply system, its technical condition and other factors. The execution of works on the construction of the water network in residential areas is carried out in stages in accordance with the action plan of the agency,” the statement reads.
