The investigating judge number 18 of Seville, María José Moreno, rejects the request for postponement raised by the defense of Vito Quiles and confirms his statement as being investigated for insults and slander against Facua spokesperson Rubén Sánchez.
The appearance will take place this Monday 25, at 11:50 a.m., although Quiles will appear by videoconference from the Investigating Court number 9 of Madrid, in the Plaza de Castilla.
Quiles’ new lawyer, Yegor Varela, asked that the statement be suspended because he had just defended himself and had not had a chance to study the summary, but the judge responded that he had “sufficient time for studies and legal assistance” in the declaration.
