State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin has announced a bill banning the sale to minors of products containing dangerous gases that can be used for substance abuse.
“This week we will consider a bill banning the sale to children of potentially dangerous gas-containing products that are not used for their intended purpose but for sniffing (substance abuse).” — he wrote on his Telegram channel.
Volodin invited subscribers to take part in a survey on this topic.
“Do you support such a ban?” he asked.
