The European Commission (EC) has allocated an additional 40 million euros to Ukraine for the country’s energy infrastructure in the context of the conflict with Russia, EC President Ursula von der Leyen said.
“Temperatures will soon drop, so we are increasing humanitarian aid to Ukrainians in need with a new package of 40 million euros for repair work, electricity, heating and housing.” — he wrote on X (formerly Twitter), TASS reports.
