In this legal case, Judge Ismael Moreno is investigating a plot allegedly dedicated to collecting illegal commissions through several public prizes awarded in 2020 at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.
A report from the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard, contributed to the summary of the case, indicates that the alleged corruption plot repatriated large sums of money to Spain from Santo Domingo and Miami (United States) .
And the one who would have been responsible for both bringing wads of dollars to Madrid and distributing thousands of euros in cash in the Dominican Republic was Aranzazu Granell Barbadilloemployee of Pronalab Laboratories in the tropical country.
As EL ESPAÑOL exclusively revealed, the person behind Pronalab is Jorge Brizuela Guevarabusinessman, former soldier and secret agent of Venezuela, also linked to the Romanian mafia of Quintana Roo (Mexico), as indicated in various intelligence files of the CIA and the Secretariat of National Defense of Mexico. Vox asks Judge Moreno for his “summons” (it is understood that as a witness).
Brizuela Guevara, known as The Venezuelan by the police authorities, in partnership through its clinics with Victor de Aldamaconsidered the middleman/commissioner of the alleged corruption plot.
One of the main partners of the previous — also billed in the Koldo affair– was Ignacio Diaz Tapia. Precisely, Vox, in its writings, asks Judge Moreno to question him, because, in addition, “he is the majority partner and corporate administrator of Pronalab”.
At least until 2022, Díaz Tapia was linked to the laboratories. This is stated in the publication of the Registers of Distinctive Signs of the National Intellectual Property Office of 2022, an official document of the Government of the Dominican Republic.

partners during fiscal years 2020, 2021 and 2022; costs and financial statements (…), information on the persons who held the functions of legal representatives and/or managers during the years 2020, 2021 and 2022, as well as the persons appointed as legal representatives during the years 2020, 2021 and 2022,” Vox asks in its letter.
The document also ends by highlighting the “participation of Ignacio Díaz Tapia in the criminal conspiracy.”
“The Venezuelan” in Fitur

The link between Brizuela Guevara and Koldo García’s network is Victor de Aldama. Pronalab claims in its communications to be the only laboratory certified by the World Tourism Organization (OMT) to conduct Covid-19 testing at resorts in Cancun and Riviera Maya.
