Today, at the Rural Development and Environment Commission of the Parliament of NavarraAierdi referred to the attack on a herd in Bardenas Realescarried out on November 14, which cost him ten sheep and four goats to a pastor, and limited himself to repeating what he had already said in the media.

The remains of saliva and feces are being analyzed at the University of Barcelona and it is currently premature to say that we are certain that it is a wolf. It could very well be a wild dog. We proposed security measures to the breeder, such as electric closures, and this measure was proposed to other shepherds in the region. We carried out a physical inspection at daycare and across the Council to see if it is visible through the cameras. After the incident, there is a recording of someone from the daycare but it is from a very long distance and we will have to wait for the results of the analysis.
