The municipal group Vox of the Inca Town Hall expressed its firm opposition to the decision of the government team led by the socialist mayor Virgilio Moreno to modify the municipal budget and transfer 150,000 euros from the allocation for asphalt and public paving to the Ministry of Culture, specifically for linguistic standardization initiatives and democratic memory.

Blasco also stressed that it was surprising that, “while citizens face an increase in their water bill, the government team decides to allocate funds to ideological issues instead of prioritizing the good -being and the economy of citizens”.
According to the Vox spokesperson, “If there really is a surplus in the asphalt allocation, it should be used to improve the sewer and water system, not for projects that do not meet the urgent needs of our community.
