Vox, ready to support a motion of censure against Pedro Sánchez even if the PNV and Junts support it

Voice is not about to support the PP in a possible motion of censure against Pedro Sanchez provided that this involves the immediate appeal of general elections and has no “agreement” or “cession” with the Basque or Catalan independence movement in return. This is what party sources say Santiago Abascal to this newspaper.

AND Voice I would support this motion “whoever” parliamentary equationthat is, even if it means agreeing when voting with Together or the PNV.

Currently, Voice It does not reach the minimum of 35 deputies necessary to present a motion of censure and should therefore support the one presented by the PP. During the previous legislature, when those of Abascal had 52 deputies and they were able to activate this constitutional mechanism, they came to present two motions, both of which failed. This is why Vox is now encouraging the PP to act.

Vox’s call is part of a succession of scandals surrounding the environment of Pedro Sanchezfinished last week with the latest UCO report in the Koldo affair and with the former minister and former number two of the PSOE Jose Luis Abalos on the verge of indictment.

To move forward, in addition to the support of the PP (137) and Vox (33), the motion must have the favorable vote of the UPN deputy and, in addition, the participation of the PNV (5) or the Junts (7). would be necessary to achieve an absolute majority (176).

Vox sources assume this possibility and affirm that they do not care about the vote of other political forces, if the final objective of calling early elections to oust Sánchez de la Moncloa is achieved.

“It’s not on the agenda”

For the moment, in Genoa, we are not ruling out presenting a motion, even if it is not on the agenda. This same Monday, the Deputy Secretary of Health and Education of the PP, Ester Munozsaid his party excludes “nothing”, but is aware that its partners “are better off with a weak government” without a parliamentary majority to “raise the price” and demand further concessions.

“It is obvious that if there is a government in a democracy that deserves a motion of censure, it is this rotten government of the Socialist Party and the Pedro Sanchez. But it is also obvious that they have totally subservient partners,” the popular leader said in an interview with Telecinco.

Later, Borja Semperparty spokesperson, declared that the motion “is more justified than ever” to immediately say that “this is not on our agenda today, we will see tomorrow”.

In addition to the political offensivethe PP also launched the legal battle this Monday by filing a complaint with the National court against the PSOE for illegal financing, corruption And traffic of influences linked to the Koldo affair.
