According to reports, A. Branson caused an explosion in a dormitory at the University of Chicago and then concealed this fact by spreading false information. He is also accused of developing secret plans for the manufacture of an explosive device.

It should be noted that due to explosives in the bag of 21-year-old A. Branson, the alarm was triggered at Logan International Airport. He is accused of providing false information and withholding information, as well as making false statements to a federal agency.

A. Branson is believed to be currently living in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, and studying at the American University in that country. He is wanted in the United States on federal charges.

According to the indictment, A. Branson planned to use this bomb against the Azerbaijanis.
