The air in Moscow on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday will warm up to 24 degrees, light rains are expected at the end of the week, on Sunday the temperature will drop by 7-8 degrees and the return of such warm weather is not expected in the future, Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center, told RIA Novosti.
According to the meteorologist, temperatures in Moscow are expected to be 21-24 degrees on Wednesday and Thursday, which is 5-6 degrees above the climatic norm.
“A gradual change in circulation has been taking place since Friday: temperatures will remain high, but the anticyclone is moving far to the east and is being replaced by a cyclonic formation that is approaching Moscow. On Friday, the night temperature will be +10-15, the daytime temperature will be +18-23, but the weather will be cloudy… On Saturday, the situation will be similar: the night temperature will be +11-16, during the day it will be +20-24 and there will be light rain. The pleasure ends here, because on Sunday there will be a noticeable drop in temperature.” – said Vilfand.
According to him, the temperature will immediately drop by 7-8 degrees Celsius on Sunday evening, to 15 degrees Celsius. A return to warm weather above 20 degrees Celsius is not expected in the future, the meteorologist said.
