1000-Lb Sisters star Amy Slayton has been arrested at a Tennessee zoo after reporting a camel bite, TMZ reports.
According to eyewitnesses, a project participant was seen walking through the zoo car park with her arm bandaged with a hand-made bandage made from a T-shirt. An ambulance was called and medics put her on a stretcher with the intention of hospitalising her.
However, the woman was eventually arrested on charges of drug possession and child endangerment.
Slayton arrived at the zoo with her two children, ages 2 and 4. Police found herbal drugs in plain sight in her car. After receiving first aid at the hospital, she was taken to the police station.
