Oku.Az Reports that the Russian therapist, candidate of medical sciences Andrey Kondrakhin spoke about this in an interview with the TV channel “Moscow 24”.

He recommended paying attention to nutrition, avoiding fatty, fried and smoked foods. On days when magnetic storms are observed, it is recommended to give up tea and coffee, eat vegetables, fruits, rabbits and birds, and drink plenty of water.

Kondrakhin also mentioned the importance of sleeping well: you need to sleep at least eight hours a day. He warned that lack of sleep causes stress hormones to build up and cause chronic fatigue.

“Together with magnetic storms, this can increase stress and reduce work capacity,” he added.

The doctor emphasized that it is possible to play sports, but it is important to avoid excessive physical activity.

It should be noted that according to the press service of the Russian Space Research Institute and the Institute of Solar-Earth Physics, a strong magnetic storm is expected on October 4-5.
