“We are like simple meat. What is all this for? — he says in a video published on the Telegram channel of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Shevchenko noted that the situation on the battlefield is very difficult, so he advised Ukrainians to avoid service by any means.
“This is a full-fledged war, a tough war. Those who do not fight should not go anywhere to fight. Those who are fighting should escape if possible.” – said.
The prisoner of war also admitted that when he arrived at the front, the attitude of the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine surprised him.
“They were not valued at all as people. We were like simple meat. “I wanted to flee on the second day, and even the first, but there was no place.” — said the fighter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
