The Valencian sports industry is in mourning. Members of the emergency system responsible for searching for DANA victims in Valencia found the lifeless body of Vicente TaranconFounding CEO of the sports brand luanvi.
According to El Desmarque and sources from the textile company confirmed to ABC, the body was found this Sunday after the disappearance of its president on Tuesday October 29, after a working lunch in the town of Cheste with other men of Valencian business.
The trace of Vicente Tarancón, 72, was lost on Tuesday at 5:55 p.m. while he was returning by car from the meeting organized at the restaurant La Orza de Ángel, where the businessmen José Luis Marín, owner of Mas Camarena schools; Miguel Bordeos, of Bosque Verde and Deliplus, and the former general director of EDEM, Antonio Noblejas.
Since that day, a missing person’s alert has been issued, which included details such as possible vehicles he may have been traveling in – gray Volvo hair and eyes.
This Sunday morning, different sports clubs that carry the Luanvi brand presented their condolences for the loss of Vicente Tarancón, legendary sporting figure of the Valencian Community, whose brand dresses the Valencia basket or the Valencia Marathon.
“In these difficult times, we unite to express our condolences and affection to family and friends,” read the statement released by Atlético Jaén Paraíso Interior. In the same vein, the Beconet Bujalance Sports Club shared its pain following the death of the textile entrepreneur due to the DANA which devastated Valencia last week.
