There are no preconditions for Russia to begin negotiations on Ukraine, but there are preconditions for peace. This was stated today, November 28, by Russian President Vladimir Putin, who is on an official visit to Astana.
“I did not formulate preconditions, I did not say that the preconditions for starting negotiations are such or such. “I was just talking about our peace terms.” – said.
Thus, the President answered the question about the conditions of negotiations on Ukraine after the combat test of the new Oreshnik ballistic missile.
“We have enough weapons, although, of course, I understand, we are all aware that the appearance of weapons like the Oreshnik strengthens Russia’s military positions.” – Putin added.
