The Russian defense industry already produces unmanned aerial vehicles that fly at speeds of up to 700 kilometers per hour. They are up to the task of military combat aviation. This was announced today, October 2, by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Vladimir Putin took part in the opening of the first practical training center for Moscow universities at the Rudnevo industrial estate. Speaking to university students specializing in drone assembly and control, he said that the speed of Russian drones has already reached 300-500-700 km/hour.
“And they can perform tasks that previously only the military and combat aviation could perform.” – the president emphasized.
