A long time has passed since the Binagadi district of Baku, as well as some areas of Absheron, were included in the administrative territory of Sumgait.
I wonder what has changed in those areas during this time. Are there changes in property and rental prices, particularly in the areas concerned?
Real estate agents said the number of buyers of large plots of land in such areas has decreased lately.
According to them, the change observed in the real estate market has not escaped these areas either.
Eyvaz Gocayev, press secretary of the executive authority of Sumgayit city, said that after the borders of Binagadi district, Sumgayit city and Absheron were defined, the work of residents in terms of documentation and technical work was became much easier.
Eyvaz Gojayev stressed that after the adoption of the law the map of the territories was clarified. The service areas are connected to Sumgayit as before.
