The latest patch is the most special and loved by fans. This isn’t new either, it’s 14 years old and it’s not really a patch. We are talking about the star which appears above the Spanish team’s shield. This star on the jersey indicates that Spain was world champion, more precisely in 2010.
This is therefore the meaning of these badges that Spain wears on the jersey of the match against Denmark, a duel during the third day of the UEFA Nations League. In the previous two, Spain equalized against Serbia in Belgrade (0-0) and beat Switzerland away (1-4), matches played last September.
