He said the most important of these decisions is climate financing.
“Because implementing climate action is an extremely expensive process. Scientists estimate that the cost of this is approximately 5 to 12 trillion dollars. If we take an average, this means 8 to 9 trillion dollars. In general, the size of the world economy today It is 100 trillion dollars, but the most important thing is that developing countries need financing from their own budgets, but developing countries need about 2.4 trillion dollars a year, and the objective of the conference this year is for developed countries to allow them to support developing countries. “The provision of 100 billion funds is a source of pride for us who have been entrusted with the solution to this problem. “We are confident that we will create all the necessary conditions for the parties to make a decision in this area.”
E. Soltanov noted that the climate problem we face cannot be compared with any problem facing the human species or race:
