According to him, the implementation of the cryptocurrency market and other digital solutions is not only a matter for the EEB:
“The Central Bank, which is the regulator of the market, has its own legislation to comply with. This process must be carried out from top to bottom. However, even if regulation and other issues are completely resolved, this will not mean that the market is completely ready. Currently, even the secondary market in the stock market is almost there. If I am not mistaken, the second market will start operating as it develops and the stock and bond markets deepen, there are no plans for this.
